Week 11

Current weight: 199

 

Hell.  Yes.  First major goal met.  It’s been since at least 2006 since I’ve weighed below 200.  Hell in 1999 I weighed this much the day before I gave birth to Catherine.  =/  In any case, I’m ecstatic to have reached this goal.  It means a lot to me.  whew!

 

Still working out at least twice a week doing 30 mins on the elliptical.  Finding that usually wipes me out pretty good, but I need to start working in weights I think.  Start building up my Janet Jackson arms.  Because love with never do without muscles!
